1. Vessel Management System (VMS/AMS) – hardware supplied by Praxis Automation

The Mega-Guard Vessel Management System (VMS) is an advanced system for perfect ship automation for medium to large size ships. Mega-Guard VMS is a modular system which can be tailor made based upon ship’s automation requirements. Often realized functions with Mega-Guard VMS include the following:

• Alarm and monitoring system
• Extension alarm system
• Valve, pump and fan control
• Cargo control and monitoring
• Tank gauging
• Fuel oil transfer
• Automatic ballasting

2. Power Management System- hardware supplied by Praxis Automation

The Mega-Guard Power Management System (PMS) is an advanced system for full automation of power plant, including power management, diesel engine control, generator control, synchronizing, generator protection and optional diesel engine safety system.

Mega-Guard PMS is built-up with the following three items for each generator:

• PMS Operator Panel for flush panel mounting in switchboard
• PMS Controller for DIN rail mounting inside switchboard
• I/O Cable interconnecting the PMS Operator Panel and the PMS Controller

3. Propulsion Control System- hardware supplied by Praxis Automation

• The Mega-Guard Propulsion Control System (PCS) is an advanced system for perfect remote control of thrusters and engines. Propulsion plants are available in many variations which are all covered by Mega-Guard PCS. Example propulsion configurations include:
• Mega-Guard Propulsion Control System is built-up in a modular way suitable for all ships and applications.
• The PCS includes remote control, engine safety, RPM/pitch indication, telegraph and electronic governor functions.
• The Mega-Guard PCS receives orders from the Control Levers on the bridge and in the control room.
• The remote control system gives a thrust (RPM and/or pitch) setpoint and activates starting, stopping and reversing mechanisms. Steerable thrusters (azimuth control) are also supported by Mega-Guard PCS.

4. Navigation Light Control- hardware supplied by Praxis Automation

• The system has two outputs for each navigation lamp: a Main lamp output and a Spare lamp output. Each navigation lamp has its own on/off button. A number of navigation lamps can be grouped together (e.g. free sailing, towing) for simultaneous on/off control. The Mega-Guard NLC supports the following lamp types:
• LED; 19~32VDC; Max. 60W
• Bulb; 19~32VDC; Max. 60W

5. CCTV -Network Systems
